Caring for a child is a tremendous responsibility, and you want to know that the person you have entrusted with your child is taking that responsibility seriously.

Mommy and Aiden Academy Inc is licensed by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services as a child care center. This provides extra safety measures, including a sprinkler system and fire door, and acknowledges the dedicated level of care that is provided.

Every caregiver who works with children is background checked and CPR / First Aid certified to ensure they are prepared to handle any situation that may arise. Our child care center has a six-foot fence to ensure maximum safety.

Our child care center has an acre and a half play area. There are two playgrounds, one with grass for picnics and the other has jungle gyms for climbing and fun. To ensure the safety of your kids, our playground is properly fenced-in.

To ensure the safety of your kids, we have home cooked meals on site. At our center, we undertake regular fire drills, tornado drills, and fire alarm drills.

Also, we require an ID if you're planning to pick up your kids by yourselves.

We adhere to a strict "sick policy," and if your kid has a fever of 100 or over, it is best recommended to have a doctor's note to confirm that your child is okay to attend school. Also, if your child has pink eye, hand, foot, and mouth, or flu, under no circumstances, the child is allowed to attend school.

We adhere to a strict health and cleanliness policy:

We can supply diapers and wipes for your kids for a fee
We supply formula, but you can also bring your own
Supply your child's clothes for emergencies and for the seasons
Blankets are provided for naptime and are washed at our center each Friday
Prior information on your child's medications and allergies with a Doctor's note is a must
